Shipping Rates are dependent on Level of Shipping Service desired, selected at checkout, and the shipping destination. We typically offer Free USPS Shipping, Priority Rates are dependent on zip location. We also offer Fedex 2 day Air, Overnight and ground.

Order Processing

 

Once your order is successfully completed, it will be packaged and shipping will be fulfilled by the method chosen at checkout. 

 

Refunds

Shipping Damage:

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72hrs of receipt of your package. Please contact us and provide detailed information if your product was damaged during shipping.

General Refunds:

Scalarshop.com offers a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee for the majority of products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the unused portion for a full refund less any shipping and handling. To request a refund please contact our customer care at info@scalarshop.com. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales of those products are final past 30 days after the request was made. NO REFUNDS shall be given for these products if received past 30 days after the request, and will be promptly returned to the sender.

Upon receipt of the product, a full refund of the purchase price of the product will be refunded. Shipping charges on the original shipment are not able to be refunded.
